Unemployment extension
How does extending unemployment benefits create jobs? Please give us an honest, solid answer to that question. The only jobs Obama and his crooked crew have created are more government jobs. Yes, there are some folks that are looking for jobs and need the money. But, all this does is make us more dependent on Washington. Oh - isn't that what they want to happen? And at the same token, approx. 15,000 IRS agents will be hired to make sure we "idiots" buy health insurance, regardless of whether we want to purchase insurance. Why can't our health be our own damn business!! Another thing - double digit unemployment and they are mandating purchasing health insurance. Oh right - they want us on government insurance, so they can inflict their big noses in more of our personal lives. We outnumber these marxist kooks - we can stop them.

Who is ultimately responsible?
Why is personal responsibility "going down the drain?" Way too much government created this monster. Parents are suing McDonald's now, over Happy Meals contributing to obesity in children! Here is a brainstorm for parents - how about being responsible for your child's welfare and quit pointing fingers at someone/thing else? In these days of Obama bail-outs, this was inevitable to happen. Don't take your child to McDonald's and here's a thought - make a meal for your child. It's been know to happen. There were times when children drank soda, kool-aid, iced tea - all with sugar, ate candy, cupcakes, etc. They were not obese. One reason - they got off their behind and went outside and played! Actually got physical. Maybe these parents should stop thinking computers, hdtv, etc. should be their babysitters. And suing McDonald's? Who comes next - coca-cola - the list never stops. All in the name of making a quick buck you never earned, right? That's the current administration's lesson to all of us idiots.

Oil spill not the priority
Was anyone surprised at the context of Obama's speech on June 15th? This freedom lover wasn't.
The oil spill is not his priority. He and his cronies, who "never let a good crisis go to waste" to push their
agenda, and on Tuesday night, he did just that again. Cap and Trade will be shoved down America's
throat, whether we like or not, just like healthcare reform. More jobs will be lost. And he gave us
another wonderful commission, appointing people who have no experience in the oil industry. A
new and clean energy source would be a great thing, but he and his cronies have absolutely no plan
whatsoever. Give us an actual plan.
Our president is not a leader and we need a leader. Who will have the courage to lead America
out of this mess in 2012 and actually abide by our constitution?

Mighty Michelle & Obesity
Mrs. Obama wants to attack child obesity. Don't get me wrong; I am all for children not being obese. I just think it is not the government's business to intrude. But, then again, the current administration feels it has the right to interfere in every aspect of our lives. Taking away sodas and vending machines is not the answer.
Children need to be more active. Why don't parents try limiting internet, video games, xboxes, etc. and have children actually go outside and be active? Remember those days? That was the reason we had very few obese children. We went outside and rode bikes, played ball, built forts, etc. Schools are not letting children play dodgeball for fear of someone getting hurt. Are you kidding me? My childhood friends and I wrecked on our bikes, played dodgeball and many other games without any of us losing life or limb. Do you really want Washington mandating what you feed your children? We had sodas, dessert and candy without obesity, because we went outside and played, instead of sitting our butts in front of television or the computer.

The Statute of Liberty
I truly believe that if you look close enough, Lady Liberty has a tear running down her cheek today. She is saddened, like most of us. Saddened that the America she has known and loved is rapidly being torn apart.
The majority of the American people that voted for Mr. Obama never expected the type of "change" and "fundamental transformation" he spoke about. Perhaps because they were looking for something different and the "hope" he also spoke about. Since the "historic" (the media loves that word for this administration, don't they) healthcare reform passed (the ends justifies the means), change is being hurled at us faster than a locomative. Just today, starting July 1st, tanning at salons will have a new 10% tax and they are considering taking toys out of Happy Meals at McDonald's. They know what is best for us right? They need us to be too busy standing in line for the "giveaways" than to make any decisions for ourselves and our families about our own personal lives. Just as botox Nancy said - "We have knocked down the door and will continue to make new legislation." This has to be stopped. That is a change I am hoping for. For myself and for all my fellow Americans. God Bless America!
